dc.description.abstract | En el mundo de las organizaciones, el bienestar laboral se ha convertido en un factor crucial para el éxito empresarial. En este prólogo, exploramos una serie de elementos esenciales que giran en torno al bienestar laboral, los indicadores de gestión, la innovación en procesos organizacionales, el estrés laboral y el compromiso organizacional. Cada uno de estos temas desempeña un papel fundamental en la salud y el rendimiento de las empresas en el siglo XXI. El bienestar laboral, como concepto fundamental, se sitúa en el epicentro de la eficiencia y la satisfacción de los trabajadores. A lo largo de las siguientes páginas, profundizaremos en las generalidades del bienestar laboral y su aplicación teórico-práctica en las organizaciones a lo largo de los siglos XX y XXI, a través de una exhaustiva revisión bibliométrica que nos permitirá entender su evolución y su relevancia en el contexto empresarial. Los indicadores de gestión son la brújula que guía a las organizaciones hacia el éxito. Nos adentraremos en la gestión del talento humano y su relevancia en una empresa logística, examinando de cerca los indicadores que permiten medir y mejorar el desempeño de los colaboradores. La innovación en procesos organizacionales es un factor clave en la competitividad empresarial. Investigaremos cómo la innovación de proceso se relaciona directamente con el rendimiento empresarial en la industria en Juárez, México, así como en la gestión de la innovación en una institución universitaria americana. El estrés laboral es un desafío que afecta a numerosos trabajadores en todo el mundo. Analizaremos el diagnóstico de acoso laboral en una institución educativa y cómo la intervención nutricional puede desempeñar un papel crucial en la reducción de la fatiga laboral y el aumento de la percepción del rendimiento de los operadores de maquiladoras en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. Finalmente, exploraremos el compromiso organizacional, especialmente en el contexto de los docentes, mediante un caso de estudio en la Institución Universitaria Americana. El compromiso de los empleados es un factor determinante en el éxito a largo plazo de cualquier organización. A lo largo de estas páginas, nos sumergiremos en un mundo de conocimiento, investigación y prácticas que impactan directamente en la salud, el rendimiento y la sostenibilidad de las organizaciones en el siglo XXI.
