dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo es el resultado de una revisión y reflexión teórica acerca de la conceptualización de la violencia contra la mujer en el ámbito privado (violencia doméstica). Tiene como objetivo principal analizar la importancia de contar con un bagaje claro sobre el desarrollo del concepto general de violencia hacia la especifi-cidad de la conceptualización del abuso que viven las mujeres por parte de su pareja o expareja, aunado a la relevancia de su tipología y consecuencias para su manejo bajo la filosofía de la Justicia Restaurativa en el proceso de impartición de justicia.spa
dc.description.abstractThis article is the result of a review and theoretical reflection on the conceptualization of violence against women in the private sphere (domestic violence). Its main objective is to analyze the importance of having a clear background on the development of the general concept of violence towards the specificity of the mistreatment conceptualization that women directly suffer as a vulnerable group in the face of the abuse of their partner or ex-partner, alongside with the relevance of its typology and consequences for its management under the philosophy of Restorative Justice in the process of delivering justice.eng
